Profile

Adrian Muller is a commercial barrister and mediator who helps clients resolve complex disputes. He is direct, calm, and committed. He speaks plainly, acts decisively, and focuses on outcomes. Courts, clients, and solicitors trust him because he combines persuasive advocacy with practical solutions.

Adrian has over 20 years of experience as a commercial litigator and has been a member of the Victorian Bar since 2010. He knows the law, knows the courts, and knows how to fight when needed. He is trusted by courts, clients and solicitors alike.

From 2020 to 2025, Adrian served as a Judicial Registrar in the Commercial Division of the County Court of Victoria. He presided over applications, trial assessments, summary judgment applications and trials. He knows how to identify the critical issues that will determine the outcome of a hearing. He understands the importance of justice being timely and giving people the opportunity to resolve their disputes without going to trial.

Adrian is a nationally accredited mediator trusted to handle high-conflict disputes – including those involving self-represented litigants. He is known for stepping into hard mediations and staying there. He listens without judgment. He asks the right questions. He guides people through the fog of conflict toward clear ground. He helps people find a way forward.

Adrian is sharp and strategic. He appears in complex matters in superior courts. He can be briefed alone or with senior counsel. He focuses on outcomes while keeping cost and risk front of mind.
