Garry Moffatt is a full time accredited mediator who specialises in working with parties to resolve commercial disputes.

Having transitioned in the last 12 months from appearing in court to being a full time mediator I am pleased to have been included in the list of Victoria's Leading Mediators for 2022 by Doyles Guide. Thank you to the firms who have engaged me to mediate their matters.

Throughout his 16 years as a barrister (and prior 25 years as a solicitor) Garry has gained a wealth of experience and has been involved in all manner of commercial disputes. He has a special interest in banking and finance matters.

Garry appreciates the many and varied issues that clients face in the litigation and alternative dispute resolution process. In approaching his mediations Garry will adopt an approach to align with the client needs of each party. With most of his mediations Garry will conduct a separate intake meeting and concludes sessions with individual discussions after the joint session.

Garry is confident with technology and accepts mediations on Zoom and Microsoft Teams platforms, as well as in-person, where permissible and appropriate for all parties.
