Panagiota practises in commercial, insolvency and public law.

Panagiota has experience in insolvency, corporations law, contractual and trusts disputes, financial regulatory matters, class actions and Royal Commissions. She has experience acting in complex commercial disputes and has acted for banks, corporations, liquidators and individuals.

Prior to joining the Bar, Panagiota was an Associate to the Honourable Justice Delany, Principal Judge of the Commercial Court in the Supreme Court of Victoria. 

Panagiota was also a solicitor at Ashurst's Restructuring and Insolvency team. 

Panagiota has a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor, both from the University of Melbourne. 

Panagiota is reading with Carrie Rome-Sievers and her senior mentor is Dr Oren Bigos KC.

Hudson, in the matter of ACB Group Pty Ltd (in liq) [2025] FCA 90 - application by liquidator for directions under s 90-15 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations), Schedule 2 to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) as to the application of company funds to meet the costs of compliance with environmental protection notices issued to the company under s 274 of the Environmental Protection Act 2017 (Vic), and for retrospective approval of entry into a contract with environmental consultants under s 477(2B) – led by Carrie Rome-Sievers, instructed by Mills Oakley.
